Returning clients may use the online MindBody booking portal when booking groups of 1-2. Please note that a team member may contact you to adjust an online booking.
If you do not have any sessions remaining on your package or if this is your first time booking, you MUST fill out the information below OR email [email protected] in order to get your space booked.
We do not have online payment turned on at this time.
Pricing
30-minute sessions train up to 2 athletes at a time. Each athlete is billed individually — one session per athlete, per visit. For example, 2 athletes sharing a 30-minute slot would each use one session. Each skater receives their own individual treadmill time with one-on-one instruction, coached to their own skill level. All of our trainers are Kinesiology graduates, ensuring every athlete receives professional biomechanical instruction and stride analysis. Package pricing is available and reduces the per session cost significantly. Groups of up to 4 athletes train in 1-hour time slots upon special request. Payments can be made in person upon arrival for training sessions.
All Price Per Session prices are listed without HST. The Total Package Price is HST inclusive.

From February 2024 the 2-for-1 Into Offer will have an expiry of 30 days from the first booked session. All other packages will have an expiry of 18 months from the date of the first booked session.
